DESCRIPTION:Arcadia Fl. 081804: The twisted carnage of the Arcadia water tower rests Wednesday amidst broken trees\, a smashed truck and a hollowed building as the small town some 20 miles away from Punta Gorda took a powerful punch from Hurricane Charley last week. Many first responders from the Alachua County area have arrived in the southwest Florida town to lend a helping hand. Photo by Rob C.
